Mollie Lacher, Executive Director
Originally from Knoxville, TN, Mollie’s roots and love for Tennessee run deep. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Mollie completed the Knoxville Fellows Program which is where she first cut her teeth on learning to become an active and engaged leader in her community. After moving to Nashville with her husband, Mollie was introduced to the many non-profits in town through the Young Leaders program. The Young Leaders program shared the stories of the many inspiring non-profits in town and it was then that she and the other board members began to dream what Impact Nashville could be and could do for these non-profits. Living by the verse “to whom much is given, much will be required”, Mollie is passionate about the purpose of Impact Nashville and the ability to bring women together to give back in a meaningful way.

Kat Howard, Board Manager
Customer analytics consultant by trade and yogi by choice, Kat is a new Nashville resident excited about being part of such a great city. With her passion for community service starting at a young age in her small town outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kat is excited about the difference Impact Nashville will have on non-profits in the city and the women who choose to get involved. While she dreams of getting back into therapeutic horseback riding, she is currently keeping busy with volunteering at church, exploring Nashville with her husband and two sons.

Meghan Breinig, Events Director
Meghan is a mom, small business owner, and business consultant with a passion for connecting and supporting her community. Impact Nashville’s mission sparked an excitement in her with the thought that women, coming together, are powerful and can change their world. She’s so excited to watch it grow and be a part of this amazing group. In addition to giving back to the community, her favorite things to do include spending time with her husband and daughters, reading, playing with makeup, and exploring healthy, natural living.

Nashville native, Meredith graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Communication Studies. As a business consultant, she enjoys helping organizations navigate change and is particularly focused in the healthcare industry. Meredith loves to run, travel with her husband, and is (slowly) learning how to make pottery. She is excited by the work Impact Nashville is making possible in the city where she grew up and is grateful for the opportunity to build friendships with such an inspiring group of women.

Karen Eisengruber, Membership Engagement
Originally from a small town in northeast Indiana, Karen moved to Nashville in 2014 and blissfully calls it “home”. She now proudly works for Fairygodboss, a start-up company committed to improving the workplace for women through transparency, and is expanding the company into Nashville. Her passion for nonprofits started as a child as her parents made it a priority to expose her and her siblings to the joys of giving back through Christmas-family adoptions and volunteer work. She continued that passion through college and obtained a Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management and Human Resources Management from Indiana University, Bloomington. Karen’s mission is to empower women to invoke change and to help them better identify their strengths in both their professions and communities. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her exploring the growing Nashville community with her 5-year-old German Shepherd, Nala, or honing in on her growing interest in interior design.
