For Women Members
Our member recruitment process runs December through June during which time we host happy hours, corporate lunches, breakfast meetings (you name it!) to reach generous women looking for a way to give more intentionally and leverage their dollars for greater impact. Each member of Impact Nashville gives $1,000 annually. 100% of membership fees are awarded as grants to Nashville nonprofits that go through a competitive grant process.
Our 2019 goal: To attract 100 generous women who love helping Nashville by awarding $100,000 in grant money to deserving non-profits!
Mark your calendars for our two main member events and watch your email and/or the website for news of other regular events for networking and community:
1. Annual Kick-Off- June 2019
Each year, we announce the number of grants and dollars we will award at our membership kick-off event that is held at the end of our annual membership drive. During this event, we invite speakers to educate Impact members on the Nashville nonprofit landscape specifically relating to our grant categories.
2. Membership Voting Meeting and Celebration-November 2019
Each grant finalist gives a 10-minute presentation regarding their organization and the proposed program or project to all members. Members then vote for one finalist in each grant category, with the majority deciding the grant recipients. We then celebrate with our grant winner(s)!
